Summer job on barge not his cup of tea
Matthew Kimball took a bloody fall at the skate park.
“I was a barge captain one summer during the BP oil spill cleanup. I had to supervise people who were cleaning up the beach.
“Guys in that industry were just very mean. They spent their money on escort girls. They were overly masculine like they had to prove something, cussing all the time. I’m just not into that kind of thing.
“After working with roughneck people like that, now I want to be around more women or kids, nice people.”
