Historic bank building getting a makeover
“I’ve been in the real estate business since the 1970s. This is such a neat old building that I wanted to refurbish it.”
“We’re converting the old Citizens Bank into an office building. There’s a lot of history here. It was designed by Alfred Finn, who also designed the San Jacinto Monument and a number of other older buildings in downtown Houston. We’re trying to maintain the character by preserving as much of the marble and granite as possible.”
