Bboy Static is his break dancing alter ego
“In high school I used to break dance. That’s what I was known for. I was called Bboy Static. I got hired to do a lot of 15s (quinceañeras).
“There were a bunch of us who used to break dance. But after a while, we all split up and everybody went off to do their own thing.
“I still enjoy it. You meet a lot of really cool, talented people going to different places for competitions. It can get pretty crazy, but it’s pretty cool.”
