House with ‘wow factor’ is finally his
He worked for nearly 40 years in the used auto parts business.
“We had been wanting this house for 20 years and it finally came up for sale. It was the first house built in the area, back in 1948. At one time, the people who lived here housed troubled kids.
“It’s 5,000 square feet and kind of has a wow factor about it when you go inside. It’s got a library, a sauna, and my bedroom is almost the length of the house. I also have a man cave up on the second floor.
“I’m retired now and just enjoying things. There’s always something that needs doing around this place.”
