He enjoys serving as role model for young students
“I’m part of the PALS program at Lee High School. We help out in the community with mini-service projects.
“Every week we have assigned schools that we go to. We mentor kids from elementary schools to middle schools. You get to meet and connect with them, see what they’ve been through and compare it to your own childhood. We’re like mentors, seeing how we can help them.
“I feel like I’m always there for them and a reliable role model, someone they can open up to and talk to. It’s been a great experience.”
