Enjoying retirement after long construction career
A pretty good high school football player, an injury prevented him from continuing at college.
“Born in Norfolk. Came to Texas when I was young, and have been working construction.
“I live right over there. I come to the park almost every day.
“I’m 70 and I just retired last year. I worked hard all those years. Now I’m just enjoying the day, enjoying life.”
