The car wash guy just trying to survive
He’s trying to get reacquainted with his children and grandchildren, although he doesn’t get to see them much.
“I’ve been in this same spot for six years. All day long, pretty much, rain or shine.
“I help out the owner of the car wash over there. When customers need me, they call me over. I don’t go bother them. They just know me because I’ve been here so long.
“I’m just a good old boy from Waco, McLennan County, Texas. Just surviving, you know. Just trying to make things work between checks.”
