Skills can take students anywhere in the world

“I try to tell students that the world is not just what you see in your local area. The world is everything.

“If you have a skill, that skill is needed somewhere in the world. It’s not just needed where you are, so be open to looking around. Because you never know, moving to Germany for six months may be the best thing that ever happened to you. Or you could get a job and end up in Australia or Singapore or even India.

“Your skills can take you all over. You just have to be open to it and understand that the world is bigger than what you wake up and see and what you can drive to.“
