These cousins are more like brothers

Brian Diaz and David Rodriguez are varsity soccer players for Goose Creek Memorial High School.

“They’re cousins, but they’re also best friends. They’ve been like brothers ever since they were little.”

“We recently did a party together to celebrate their 15th birthdays. We had a slide show with photos of them, and it showed how they even dressed the same since they were very young.”

“But now that they’ve grown up, they go for different teams (Real Madrid and Barcelona). They got separated on that. I think that’s the only thing they’re different on.”

“They’re just an example of two kids who love school and sports. Their life is soccer, and they’re good students who get good grades. They both have straight A’s. As a parent, you couldn’t ask for anything better.”
