After divorce, he plans to do it better next time
“I’m a longshoreman, a fisherman and a Jesus lover.”
Are you married?
“I got married in 1996, but I’m divorced now. I blew the marriage. It wasn’t her. It was me. I thought the grass was greener on the other side. I was out there doing things I shouldn’t have been doing. So I told her that she deserved somebody better than me.
“Now that I’ve grown, I’m ready to do it one more time and make it right. Nobody’s perfect, but I knew that I had to change, and I’ve been working on it. I believe I know how to do things differently and better the next time around.
“I haven’t found the right woman yet. But I told myself that I’m going to leave it in God’s hands because when I do it, I mess it up.”
