Is third time the charm for latest marriage?

Sandra Campbell and her boyfriend are both coming off two unsuccessful marriages.

“I’ve been married twice. Eleven years the first time. The last one, 23 years. Now I’m engaged again.”

Third time is the charm, right?
“That’s what he said because it will be his third, too. He did justice of the peace once. The other one he just lived with for 17 years. I told him, nope, I want a little white church this time because I never had a church. He said that would be new to him.”

Any takeaways from your previous marriages?
“For one, share and share alike. I’m not going to be the one who cooks all of the time, who cleans all of the time, who does everything like that all of the time. Everybody should learn. Everybody should help. Also, if you don’t go and do things together, you don’t connect. If you start separating, things happen and it causes problems. First you start wandering and then you start doing. I know. I’ve always been the one who left.”
