Estate sale ladies love discovering those treasures

“My husband and I love to go antiquing. It’s a hobby, so we go as often as we can. We call it the illness. It runs in the family. I think it’s a nostalgia thing. You see shows like American Pickers and Pawn Stars where they unearth valuable things. But to me, it’s not really about finding something that’s going to be worth the most money. It’s more about getting to see a lot of cool, old stuff that brings back memories for you.

“Doing estate sales is great, especially if you like looking at little treasure troves of stuff. You never know what you’re going to see.”

“Well, we have J.R. Ewing-branded beer. We have two six-packs, but one of them is going home with me.”
