Rommel gets new lease on life, loving home

“Rommel was saved from a kill shelter around Conroe by a sweet woman who runs a rescue called the Buck Foundation. He was just about to be taken back when she pulled him and gave him a second chance. He was treated for kennel cough and spent about a month in boarding. 

“Meanwhile, my family had just gotten settled in a new house and we knew we wanted a four-legged sibling for our son. I was browsing Facebook when I came across Rommel’s picture. 

“We met him a couple days later, and a week later he came home with us. He is such a good boy and is so sweet. He is just another example of how there are so many wonderful dogs in shelters waiting for a good family.”
