“We named him that because his color looked like the countertop. 

“He wears clothes most of the time. He has a Halloween costume that he loves; he’s a devil. He had a referee costume last year. Other shirts he has say ‘I love bacon’ and ‘Mommy’s Prince.’ Those are his favorites. 

“If I take his shirt off he knows I’m washing it, and he’ll wait by the dryer. If we pull one of his shirts out of the drawer when he’s not wearing one, he’ll follow you around the room jumping until you put it on him.”
