Rescue dog has growing vocabulary

“We’re not sure what kind of dog she is. We got her from the Baytown Animal Shelter about a year and a half ago. Cost just $10. We saw her picture in the paper, so we went to see her and my wife liked her.
“She’s real smart. She probably knows 50 words, like cows and birds and planes and ‘let’s go to the park’ and eat and treat. We haven’t really trained her. It’s just happenstance.”
