Rylie the water dog finds a home

“We got him from a couple in Baytown. They bought him and his sister from their neighbor, but it was one too many dogs for them. We had just lost our dog, a Blue Heeler, who was 12 years old.

“We found out that he loves water. We have this little fountain in our front yard. One day we turned and saw him in there, dipping his head in the water and playing. After that, we put a little kiddie pool in the back yard for him. Then we went to a lake and he jumped right in.”
