“I’ve had him since he was 8 weeks old. I got him from the Austin Animal Center. I was looking for a dog, went to the center, saw Grant, and really wanted him. When I tried to adopt him, they said someone else had already filled out papers for him. I was really bummed out. But then the next morning, they called to say that the people never came to claim him and that I could come pick him up. It was the best $35 I ever spent.”
